October 2024 - 'Be Safe, Be Seen' Competition
In early October, Hugo & Lexy launched our October competition of 'Be Safe, Be Seen'
Our Reception, Year 1 & 2 children were asked to colour and fill in the missing words
Our Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 children were challenged to write their own poem, rap or rhyme
Judging will take place on Friday 25th October, with the winners announced after the half term break.
October Competition - 'Be Safe, Be Seen'
Judging took place on 25th October, and after much deliberation our winners were selected. Such were the quality of entries, Hugo & Lexy placed some entries as joint 2nd or 3rd. Thank you to everyone who took part.
Prizes have been handed out for our winning entries - congratulations to our overall winners for each key stage - Felicity (Y2) and Hannah (Y4)

Hugo & Lexy then completed the first entry in their JSO handbook, showcasing the whole competition - well done!

Tuesday 4th February 2025 - Helping our Community - Lower Peover Village - Litter Picking
Wednesday 6th March - Helping Our Community - St Oswald's Church - helping to clean the Church
Summer Term 2025 - visit from Cheshire Police, Road Policing Unit, with hopefully the dog unit and drone
Hugo & Lexy teamed up with our Year 5 Ethos Group members to produce a new child-friendly anti-bullying policy.
All the children came up with some good ideas and designs. Mrs Dean & Mrs Tinker will go through them all to come up with an overall design, incorporating points from each child's work.
Our team of children presented our new policy to their peers in a Collective Worship assembly.
